Surgery Opening Times


Reception is open  Monday,Wednesday and Thursday 07.30 - 18.30,07.30 to 20.00 on Tuesdays and 08.00-18.30 on Fridays



Consultations with Doctors are available between

 Monday - Friday
 08.30 - 11.30
15.30 - 18.00
 Tuesday afternoons
13.30 - 20.00

Our Emergency care Practitioner is available from 09.00-17.00 every day,and works alongside his GP colleagues

Practice Nurses/Healthcare Assistant Sessions

You may express a preference to see a particular doctor or nurse and we will note this, but please be aware this may on occasions, reduce the number of appointment options available to you. 


Improved Access

A physiotherapy clinic is available on Monday mornings 09.30-2pm and both the Practice Nurse and GP offer appointments on Tuesday evenings until 8pm..

A number of appointments will also be available for you at the GP led unit at QEQM both Saturdays and Sundays.

This is a new initiative, working within CARE Primary Care Network. You may also be offered appointments with our colleagues in CARE from 5pm to 8pm Monday to Friday..

Please note – this will be for pre-bookable appointments only, and is not a walk in clinic.  Please ask at reception if you would like an appointment on one of these days.

Our HCA is available form 07.30am Mon-Thursdays and from 08.00 on Fridays.

Staff Training Afternoons

Please note that on the following afternoons the surgery will be closed from  12:30 for staff training.

When the practice is closed, please dial 111 in the following situations:

               - Need medical help fast, but it's not a 999 emergency
               - Think you need to go to A&E or another NHS urgent care service (other than 999)
               - Need health information or reassurance about what to do next.
